Major objectives of organization:
Enhance the capacity of SWEET Nepal in organizational efficiency for effective planning and action with NGOs, CBOs and or poor & disadvantaged people in a learning and participatory way
To support the women, children and poor inflicted by conflict and to coordinate with the stakeholders for support
To organize the various trainings, peace and human rights campaigning, peace rally and interaction for conflict mitigation and peace building
Eradicate the caste, gender, economic discrimination by mitigation process
To empower the Poor & Disadvantaged communities by providing various trainings i.e. Group Formation, Leadership, gender and governance, Saving credit training, Awareness, Advocacy, Woman Legal Education, Income generating and skill development trainings based on right based approach and participatory way
To support the NGOs on organizational development by providing coaching, orientations, W/S, and trainings as per demands
