Board Meeting-9th July, 2008


COCAP held its board meeting on 9th July, 2008 with the participation of 9 board members and one staff. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Suvash Darnal. The meeting basically focused on the upcoming Annual General Meeting and also on the grant of membership to new organizations.

Discussions were made on various issues. For the upcoming AGM, the board decided to invite only those organizations who have renewed their membership. The board also decided to grant membership to 5 organizations from Madhesh as discussed in the last board meeting. Besides, an organization named Campaign for Change -Nepal from Kathmandu was also granted a membership. The formation of Gender Sensitization Working Group was also approved by the board.

Mr. Deepak Bhattarai ended the meeting with vote of thanks.
