  1. To organize and strengthen self-formed groups of marginalized community members by enhancing their awareness and capacity through trainings and skill sharing

  3. To increase marginalized communities’ access to resources and control over the development process by empowering these communities promote awareness program for positive increase on access and control of development people Empowerment process

  1. To organize trainings to strengthen the organizational capacity of CBOs
  2. To establish a network between CBOs and other regional organizations
  3. To initiate work in other VDCs
  4. To establish relationship with other organizations
  5. To establish a training center in the organization to help other organizations to host trainings
  6. To participate in various trainings and seminars for the sustainable development of the organization

  1. Highly experienced staff with minimum of five years experience
  2. Both the executive and other general members have been associated with INGOs for atleast 5 years
  3. Highly expert consultant trainers to organize the trainings
  4. Various code of conduct to organize different activities
  5. A good network with different community based organizations
What the organization can contribute to COCAP and its members (three major areas)
  1. To extend solidarity to programs organized by COCAP
  2. Sharing of organizations' experiences
  3. To help COCAP in effectively organizing programme in the areas of the said member organization
Major expectations from COCAP
  1. To provide financial assistance in the establishment of secretariat and office management in the far western development region
  2. Traning and tours for the sustainable develpoment of the organization
  3. To help in acquiring financial assistance or funds in the implementation of the new projects
  4. To extend necessary support for the establishment of good relation with other organization
  5. To provide technical assistance for the proposal writing of new projects
